$20,000 reward for Usman's safe return
Usman was born on February 6th 1983 in Islamabad and was the youngest of 4 children.
He was a friendly, well behaved and well mannered boy especially in front of guests, when he would be on his best behaviour to see how many compliments he could get. When they left, he would return to his normal, cheeky self.
Usman loved getting new toys but would dismantle them within a day to see how they worked or what the inside was made up of.
He also loved riding his bike and i remember when he was small, I would have to take him out on his bike before going to school.
As the only sister of 3 brothers, Usman was more closer to me, as he was the youngest. When it came to studying, eating or sleeping, he would always be with me.
Usman could not be forced to study but would only study when he wanted to. I remember on the day of his exams, I would be more worried than him, which he found funny.
On the day of his disappearance on 25th September 1993, he was playing in front of the house with his friend, like any other day. After that, where he has gone, no one knows and we have never been able to find out what happened with him, where he is and in what situation.
We see his friend now who he was playing with when he went missing, as a grown up, married and with children, we realise, painfully, how much we have missed out on with Usmans life.
The family miss him terribly and we pray every day for his safe return. To this day, we cannot speak about him in front of each other because we know how painful it is for all of us.
We know someone out there must know something about Usman's disappearance, where he is or what happened to him.
We can just hope and pray that they can come forward and give us any information that can help us to find Usman.
